During my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are kind. Being hungry, seeking a high protein meal for lunch, as well as a steakish flavor, I decide to order locally. For the most part, I opt for Vegan options. The Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack is a compact flavorful type of sandwich. The most distinct flavors are the peppers fusing with the steak meat (juicy, tender, not gum chewy) and a milky flavor perhaps from the cheese is more present as the other flavors...
Be prepared to wait an hour for some soup. Lines get insanely long and the staff don't bother with your questions and problems. I think it may be more of a failure of management though because a lot of these problems come from the overcrowding with customers.
I'm a student on the campus this Panera location is nestled within. My complaints with the restaurant in general are few and far in between; the staff work as quickly as they can given the sheer volume and frequency of orders they receive, and to my knowledge they've never gotten my order wrong.
