THE WORST gluten-free food I've ever had. Everything extremely dry, hard, flavorless, and somehow way too sweet. It is not difficult to make yummy gluten-free food, they're going out of their way to make this inedible. My stomach is turning. Eveything went in the trash.

Just left this little bakery after getting a brownie and an oatmeal cookie. Let me tell you how delicious they were I just devoured them. This is such a cute little spot. Wish the inside was a bit bigger.

Unfortunately the cupcakes I got from this place were dry, pasty, salty almost like they added too much salt and baking powder or baking soda. Frosting is nothing special, more like a whipped cream than a true buttercream frosting. Really disappointing!

Best eclairs ever! Having to be gluten free is not a simple and easy life.. factoring in all your favorite desserts can be difficult but Plum is such a relief! Everything is amazing & fresh, even all my non-gluten free eating family and friends love when I bring over some goodies!

I’ve been gluten free for a couple years now and these are by far the best gluten free options I’ve had! I got the bagels and a baguette, and both were awesome, obviously not 100% accurate to the real deal but for being gluten free, they’re awesome. The service was also great. Can’t wait to come back to try more

I called and I asked if they carry vegan cake and the girl that answered the phone said we do I was like sure I will be there in 10 as soon I got there she said sorry I just sold and the manger came out said that did you put deposit I was like I told you I will pick it up and the girl said sure I will say shortly that’s disrespectful like for making your customers drive all the way to you and then you told I should put deposit down you should said that on the phone horrible!!!!
Great place and it is so nice being able to go to bakery and feel safe eating from. There are so many options from bread, bagels, cupcakes, and all types of sweets. Im so happy I found this place!!

My husband ordered a cake for me over the phone. He told them exactly how to spell my name and when he picked it up, my name was spelled wrong. They didn’t even bother to fix it when he asked them to. Bad customer service. Seems like they don’t care.Update:That’s interesting you say that he didn’t tell you how to spell my name. I was right next to him when he placed the order and he did in fact say “CR, no H.”Also, why did your employee say that it wasn’t them that did it so they couldn’t do anything about it?Why would we want to take home a cake that has my name spelled wrong? Why would I waste my time writing this review if it wasn’t true?Instead of apologizing and fixing the problem, you’re accusing him of lying. It’s sad this is impression you’re giving to new customers.
