My wife is gluten intolerant, and this bakery exceeds her expectations manifold! Go early or call up to be sure they don’t run out of gluten-free products that you will come to love.
I am surprised to see how many bad reviews this place has. I will give it to the people critiquing the aesthetics of the place it is an odd layout. It is not the most inviting. But we went near closing on a weekend. There was understandably limited selection at this time. Everything we tried was phenomenal. The eclairs were some of the best we have ever had. The brownie was moist and flavorful. We were so impressed with what we got after experiencing such terrible GF stuff everywhere...
I went to visit plum bakery for the first time last week. I ordered two eclairs (one powdered and one chocolate), one glazed doughnut, and a cinnamon role. I had one pastry each day. The glazed doughnut was good, just a tad but on the dry side. A bit more moisture, and it would be PERFECT! The eclairs were delicious, just a smidge on the dry side as well. I haven’t tried the cinnamon roll yet, but I plan on adding a bit of butter to it, and warming it up today. I’ll keep you...
