I really like Sweetgreen and the options but TWICE now we’ve had bugs in our greens. Can’t go to this location anymore. A real shame.

I usually come to this location and have been served by Kalina a few times. I am always greeted with excellent customer service by her. Even when there’s a line she keeps her composure and tends to everyone kindly. When they’re missing an item she’ll give recommendations. The area is nice as well.

I tried placing an order 3 times on the sweetgreen app and 3 times on Uber eats, all of which were cancelled over and over. There is no way to get in contact with anyone at the store, very disappointing.

We love sweet green and when we moved to the area we were excited to go to this location. HUGE mistake. We placed an order for pickup and ended up waiting 45 minutes for it after the estimated completion time. When asked for updated times or what’s going on, we were told it’d be ready shortly repeatedly. When it was finally ready, instead of handing us the bag of food, this girl proceeded to just throw it on the pick up section and didn’t say a thing. If you’re a fan of sweet green, I’d recommend never going to this location or it’ll ruin your opinion of the franchise. Truly disappointing

I love this place, particularly because I'm always greeted with a friendly smile by Kianna, who was also really helpful to me with a pretty big order. She also always has helpful suggestions about new dishes on the menu. And Mya was also very helpful with my recent oreder. Great food and great people!

Let’s start with how much I love sweet green. Unfortunately I went here at 8:55pm tonight. They close at 10pm. Prior to placing my order I asked to use the bathroom since they had it blocked off with high chairs and the worker was very rude and told me the bathroom was closed and said had a good night very sarcastically. Continued to repeat herself saying sorry closed were closed. I asked if I can order food and she said no closed I asked again and said you close at 10 and she said oh yeah fine you can order. I asked the woman behind the counter since we are paying customers if we can please use the restroom and she told me no. We drove an hour and 20 minutes to get to this sweet green. Due to these workers very rude and nasty attitude we ended up leaving and finding somewhere else to eat. I will not be returning to this location.

I’ve had severe food allergies my whole life and this was my first time at sweetgreen. Employee Surayyah was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about what was in each option. She was also patient while I referenced the online allergen info. Thank you Surayyah for your help and making me feel safe to try a bowl!

I customized a bowl came up to about 26 dollars a bit pricy but worth it considering I got to pick 4 toppings I got mushrooms, Brussels sprouts , sweet potatoes which cost extra , and garlic steak. Then I got cold toppings 4 included in my bowl chickpeas , onions , broccoli and cilantro . I also got a drink. The food was pretty good giving 4 stars because they were out of the rice I wanted at the time. I really came here to say the service was great I think a server named sephora took care of me it was my first time and she was very patient. Which was nice because I was a little embarrassed because other customers order pretty fast. Tipped 10 dollars.

They skimp on the ingredients and when i asked for a bigger serving she tried to charge me double. I came in when they were about to close too. They ration the meat like it’s coming out their check. Will not be coming back, since this is a waste of money.

Today was my first and last time going to Sweetgreen Montclair. I walked in and the young lady who "greeted" me(there was no greeting just a look. I asked about additional options besides rice, she said they had quinoa, I said great I know what I want, I'd like miso salmon, I start to walk near the register as it says that's where you're to order.

she starts to walk away and says tell me when you're ready confused as I just said I know what I want, I try getting her attention immediately, no luck until another lady comes in. She tells the lady she can order at the register ? I wave at her to come because I didn't not want to scream across the restaurant. She comes and started to put together what I thought to be my bowl as she asked " you wanted quinoa, right?" I said yes and she continues to fill the bowl. She put the top on bowl and pushes it down the table near the two registers, fiddles with the register and walks away. I think it's time to pay and insert my care, nothing. Then I hear her say, you want miso salmon right ??‍?, now I'm irritated, because whose bowl was that not the other lady because she'd already left. I was the only one there ordering. I walked down and said yes, she does the same filling as she did before AGAIN, puts the top on and I wait to hear the total, she says the total and I see it on the credit card machine, she ask if I want a bag, I say yes, I press no tip and pay. I wait to hear " ok you're all set" "Thank you" nothing. I'm standing there as she's telling another lady that she's not sure why the other bowl SHE MADE was there, I ask if I'm all set, she says oh yah. I won't be coming back because I'm a stickler about atleast mediocre customer service. The food is ok, very sparse servings, doesn't reach even close to the fill line on the bowl. Salmon had little taste if any as if it were boiled to death. Quinoa was congealed together. I won't be missing much as montclair as a plethora of AMAZING eateries and telling by other fellow comments I don't know if they'll be there for long.
