I customized a bowl came up to about 26 dollars a bit pricy but worth it considering I got to pick 4 toppings I got mushrooms, Brussels sprouts , sweet potatoes which cost extra , and garlic steak. Then I got cold toppings 4 included in my bowl chickpeas , onions , broccoli and cilantro . I also got a drink. The food was pretty good giving 4 stars because they were out of the rice I wanted at the time. I really came here to say the service was great I think a server named sephora took care of me it was my first time and she was very patient. Which was nice because I was a little embarrassed because other customers order pretty fast. Tipped 10 dollars.

They skimp on the ingredients and when i asked for a bigger serving she tried to charge me double. I came in when they were about to close too. They ration the meat like it’s coming out their check. Will not be coming back, since this is a waste of money.

Today was my first and last time going to Sweetgreen Montclair. I walked in and the young lady who "greeted" me(there was no greeting just a look. I asked about additional options besides rice, she said they had quinoa, I said great I know what I want, I'd like miso salmon, I start to walk near the register as it says that's where you're to order.

she starts to walk away and says tell me when you're ready confused as I just said I know what I want, I try getting her attention immediately, no luck until another lady comes in. She tells the lady she can order at the register ? I wave at her to come because I didn't not want to scream across the restaurant. She comes and started to put together what I thought to be my bowl as she asked " you wanted quinoa, right?" I said yes and she continues to fill the bowl. She put the top on bowl and pushes it down the table near the two registers, fiddles with the register and walks away. I think it's time to pay and insert my care, nothing. Then I hear her say, you want miso salmon right ??‍?, now I'm irritated, because whose bowl was that not the other lady because she'd already left. I was the only one there ordering. I walked down and said yes, she does the same filling as she did before AGAIN, puts the top on and I wait to hear the total, she says the total and I see it on the credit card machine, she ask if I want a bag, I say yes, I press no tip and pay. I wait to hear " ok you're all set" "Thank you" nothing. I'm standing there as she's telling another lady that she's not sure why the other bowl SHE MADE was there, I ask if I'm all set, she says oh yah. I won't be coming back because I'm a stickler about atleast mediocre customer service. The food is ok, very sparse servings, doesn't reach even close to the fill line on the bowl. Salmon had little taste if any as if it were boiled to death. Quinoa was congealed together. I won't be missing much as montclair as a plethora of AMAZING eateries and telling by other fellow comments I don't know if they'll be there for long.

I want to love Sweetgreen so much because the food is actually good, but every single time I order from this store there’s always something missing in my bowl & I don’t figure it out until I’m already half way through eating it. One time I was served a bowl with no chicken and today my bowl was missing apples. The store is very nice and everyone is very friendly but it’s just super disappointing to order something, and realize is incomplete, specially when you take your food to go and it can’t be fixed. You pay a premium price for a salad that ends up being incomplete.

Ordered through the Uber app. Delivery was fine, but the salads were subpar. The za'atar spiced bread crumbs had no seasoning, and the cilantro tasted unwashed (like dirt). Cilantro was also yellow and black, no green in sight. The size of the salad is OK for the price, but I will probably order from somewhere else next time I'm craving.

Pretty good food, but very small serving size for the price. Bowl looks big at first sight, but it’s very shallow and small.

They run out of food before 9:10 & make no concessions & want to continue to charge full price for a 1/4 full bowl. No solution oriented decisions or grace to customers who purchase consistently. The customer service & managerial skills is lacking from the man who manages this location.

So, I placed an order through the Uber app; I ordered the Chicken Avocado Ranch. The delivery was good, but the food was a BIG disappointment. It was supposed to come with half an avocado, but I got a small and hard avocado. It wasn't fully ripe at all! The rice was dry and cold. There are more onions and lettuce than meat, rice, and avocado. I am very disappointed with my order. I thought it would be good and for the price, it's not worth it. I barely comment on the Google review, but I have to this time because it's not fair.
