Super cute and quaint cafe in downtown Montclair that offers a wide variety of packaged teas, alongside fresh brewed teas, coffee and bubble teas.I order the pumpkin spice bubble tea which was incredibly yummy and perfectly flavored. My husband ordered a simple Americano coffee with cream and sugar that reminded him of a good cup of Joe from a local diner.The cafe is bigger than it looks from the outside. There is plenty of seating in the back, including room for strollers. There’s also a public bathroom.The service was friendly and speedy.

I came here for the first time last week looking for a cozy place to get a warm cup of tea and do some online work. I was not disappointed. The tea was wonderful and the atmosphere is so refreshing and relaxing. This is now my new hang out of choice. My only complaint is I wish there were a few more food options. But what they do have goes well with the cookies I had. So I can’t complain.

Do not shop here! This company is a fraud to their own customers AND employees if you don’t believe me look at all the health violations in the store if currently still up! I got sick from the cookies my friend bought me and I can tell that the chocolate is old because it was also expired. Don’t let Sammarah win!! She will not get away with the illegal doings in the shop behind the scenes!

I don't normally write lengthy reviews (if any) but this exceptional tea company, managed by an inspiring woman, has been a constant in my life since its inception in 2017. The fact that this establishment is ran by ONE woman feels nothing short of superhuman, and it's a testament to her dedication and passion!In my tea journey the majority of my experiences here have been truly delightful (funny enough, the TeaCo is what transitioned me from being an avid coffee drinker to an avid tea drinker). The staff's knowledge, helpfulness, and their genuine enthusiasm for the business make every visit memorable. It's a breath of fresh air in a world where small businesses often struggle to find such devoted employees. These individuals embody the spirit of the business, treating it with the utmost care and respect. Well, occasionally (probably 1 out of 10 times), there have been moments of inconsistency in customer service that have left me a bit disappointed. During these rare instances, it seems as though some employees don't share the same level of care for the business or its customers. BUT I think it's important to remember that employees are human beings, each with their own unique perspectives and experiences :) (and in most cases, businesses are quick to rectify issues with employees who don't meet their high standards!) Luckily, these isolated incidents haven't changed my overall positive perspective on this remarkable business and the hard work it's taken to reach this point.I couldn't imagine myself in the owner's shoes, and it's truly amazing how this company has performed and how consistently satisfied I've been kept. I've had too many positive experiences with employees who have gone above and beyond to enhance my visits. Additionally, the praise I've heard from these very employees about the owner further solidifies my support. I'm confident that the dedication and passion that have made this tea company exceptional will continue to shine through, and I look forward to many more wonderful tea moments here!!Cheers to supporting businesses that truly care about their customers and their team!! And cheers to our super-human small business owners (especially in the Montclair area)!!! Their dedication, passion, and tireless efforts enrich our lives and communities.
