A menu from this place was in our mailbox last week. We were not familiar with Pizza Cucina but the menu peaked our interest. Yesterday we ordered some food for the first time for pick up: 1-a grilled chicken hero and 2-a grilled chicken panini with pesto. Order was ready when we got there. Called up to place an order for pickup. They told me my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there exactly in 30 minutes, and as I walked in, they were taking my food out of the oven. The Brooklyn thin Square pie and the Grandpa thin square pie were cooked perfectly since I had asked them to make them both well done. Best pizza in Montville. Very quick service and always friendly place. Wish they had more seating but great place to grab pizza and go. Slices options are great also if you don’t want a whole pie. Highly recommended!
