I love Italian food! And I love a great Italian restaurant! It took four years for me to even try out Locanda Vecchia. Formally known as the Montville Inn, Locanda Vecchia has both great Italian food and is a perfect restaurant! The service was outstanding! Terrific table radar. The food came out perfectly timed between courses. We didn't feel rushed. The renovations inside are awesome and impeccable! Beautiful arches, color scheme was perfect for romance or a lovely dinner...
The ambience of the location was lovely. We sat outside on a beautiful porch however, the road could get noisy at times. The service was five star excellent service and very attentiveness. Some of the food tasted authentic and I appreciate it. Other things were very spicy and not very authentic, overall good experience though
The restaurant is beautiful. Menu is terrific, the server was very attentive and the food was sensational. The wine list was extensive and fairly priced. We loved it and can't wait to return.
