Friendliest Wendy's around
Good morning, my name is Juan Martinez. I came to this location today. The Wendy's on 46 in pinebrook. I asked for 2 pieces of chicken and a large coke. The new pretzel burger was bomb! My bacon cheeseburger was delicious. Eveything was fresh and juicy. The fries needed a little salt but very good. I really enjoyed the frosty too! Very affordable and clean restaurant. Staff was wonderful! Will def be back

Wendy's is a fast food restaurant that offers a variety of meals, including the Double Stack burger and Dave’s double, which are highly praised for their taste. The franchise is well-managed, with quick and accurate service at the drive-thru, making it convenient for customers. The staff is friendly and welcoming, often going above and beyond to assist with orders and resolve issues promptly. The atmosphere at this location is cozy and inviting, despite the store itself feeling a bit outdated. Parking is ample, with a big lot that makes visiting easy. However, some policies, like charging 50 cents for a sauce packet if you don’t order nuggets, are seen as unnecessary and leave a negative impression. Overall, the food quality is good, and the team’s friendliness makes repeat visits enjoyable, especially with helpful staff members who ensure customer satisfaction.
