Grilled Cheese at the Melt Factory

It’s absolutely awesome inside there’s just signed one dollar bills all over the walls and ceiling! Not to mention it’s in an older building which I personally like. But overall the grilled cheese is fantastic plus the guy running the counter was nice. One of the best lunch spots I’ve been to.

Went in with a couple friends to grab a grilled cheese - the man at the register charged all of us a different price for the same sandwich, and didn’t ask if we wanted the combo or not. We were overcharged, not cool.

One grilled cheese was kind of good actually. The second one was not toasted, and was soggy and didn't have a buttery taste like the first one. So basically it was a soggy Panini sandwich that was barely toasted. The side of tomato soup was flavorful. The guy behind the counter gave me crap just because I was paying for my order separately instead of letting my friend pay for both orders. The only great thing about this place is it's open late. Otherwise, def not not someplace I would go back to.

The food was so overpriced it’s not even worth it. Tell me why I got 2 grilled cheeses and it was like $40?? Was my first time there and they did not ask me if I wanted a combo, they just charged me for it anyways. Service is incredibly rude, the man made me the wrong one and kept blaming me, telling me well this is the one you ordered, but out of “courteousy” he will remake it? I understand how busy the place can get, but I was neither drunk nor was the place busy, did not appreciate that. It would be more worth it if you just made your own, it would taste the same. Nothing special here. Also saw the reviews about cockroaches roaming around the place? Health violation code right there.

Small local joint with decent service and plenty of grilled cheese selections. Sandwiches averaged around $15 each. They were flavorful and larger than expected. Soup was hot and went for $5 a cup.

Really bad service completely disrespectful to women. The owner clearly has an ego problem. The grills look dirty and I’ve seen roaches crawling around the floor. And will ring you up for a combo if you’re not paying attention. Unethical business. Go to Wawa late night.
