First visit tonight (Randolph location) and mad we had not tried it sooner! Everything we got was amazing. They have regular burgers, too, which is nice for my picky eater. The Rasta Pasta = amazing. I had the salmon- most flavorful salmon I’ve ever had. Perfect evening having dinner then driving range right there, too! We will be going more often and glad we have one in Morris Plains, too!
Absolutely my go to spot for Jamaican catering now and in the foreseeable future! Karlene and her team did an incredible job providing my wedding with the best Jamaican food around! They provided drop off catering with everything delivered right on schedule! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. Hibiscus Island Grille offers tasty food with a fun and cute atmosphere. The menu includes options such as beef and chicken patties, stewed chicken, curry chicken, and jerk chicken. The lunch deals are reasonably priced. The restaurant's take-out options have been highly praised for their authentic and delicious flavors. The stew chicken was fall off the bone perfection and the rice and beans were delicious flavor, amazing texture. Veggies were steamed perfectly. The service is known to be friendly, warm, hospitable and they put pride into this place. Hibiscus Island Grille is a rare gem of a restaurant with super fresh and delicious food. Parking can be challenging as it is shared with a driving range.
