This morning, I ordered a dozen donuts, and the stupid Indian didn't give me the correct ? I asked for. I believe he is incompetent because he doesn't understand what he's doing. They need to get rid of him or put someone in his place who is completely competent. It’s so unsettling when you don’t have the time to waste and run back to correct the situation for stupidity when people should know what the hell they are doing. “Very unprofessional and disappointed customer.” You segregated Indians, racist. Another thing: “why is there no diversity in any of the Dunkin’ Donuts franchises?” Because quite frankly, all of you are incompetent and nasty people.

This location can never seem to get a coffee order right. Twice in 1 week, order was made wrong. Since I use the app, it's spelled out clear for you, since the sticker saying what to put in it goes right on the cup. It's not hard for an easy order but they fail every time. Learned my lesson and will just go down the street to the next one.

Not usually super pleased with this Dunkin, but it’s close to our house so we come here often… but they have been really cheap lately. Every other Dunkin I go to gives you 2 tea bags when you order a large tea but you have to ask for 2 here or you only get one… took one sip and was wondering why it tasted off… they gave me chunky creamer… this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten chunky creamer here. Not going back.

I ordered a medium iced coffee with brownie batter syrup, a pump of liquid sugar, and some almond milk. The employee brought it over and it was a small even though I was charged for a medium and I asked her if she could please make it a medium.She dumps the coffee into a new cup and just adds more coffee without changing the amount of syrup or milk or anything so it was very bitter. I asked her if she could please remake it and she started literally screaming at me saying she isn’t remaking it. She then opens the register and slams $2 in front of me and says she is too busy to remake it. I was the only customer in the store and no one in the drive thru. I asked her again if she could please remake it and she screamed in my face and said she is not remaking my coffee.I ended up leaving in tears. It’s so hard for me to ask for things like that because I am disabled and to be treated like that was horrible. I don’t know why she yelled at me I was very polite and didn’t raise my voice or anything. It was so scary and I’m not sure when I’ll have the courage to go to any Dunkin again after this.

Sheesh..the attitude of the servers this morning..it's not everybody. The food took a long time w no apologies. The syrup wasn't in the tea as requested, which wasn't really the problem. It was the attitude when I asked about it. Not sure why people take a customer service type of job if they don't have the right attitude. How much does it take to say thank you or a quick kind word to a customer especially regarding an order. Sheesh! Oh well!
Friendly staff who remembers your name and always makes quick and consistent orders. Thanks for all you do guys!

Normally decent, but today ordered on the app as usual and received a MED instead of LG. So the lady put ice in a Large cup, dumped the medium coffee on top, and handed it back without saying a word.Incidentally, there was only about a half inch gap at the top of the cup, so how much more coffee would I really have gotten?
