I visit Dunkin pretty regularly for meetings and etc. had been frequenting another location not too far away until the clientele became more sketchy. This location is great and good variety, customer service and facility.
Moved to this area a few months ago and love the coffee. The sandwiches not so much. I recently got a sandwich with bacon and the bacon was not cooked barely at all. Bought a sandwich this morning and asked them to make sure bacon was cooked. Not cooked!!! Almost raw!! Should not be this way, especially after asking to make sure it's a certain way. Will not buy a sandwich there again.
I have been coming to this dunkin for over two years now. Overall, the staff is pretty friendly with the exception of a couple experiences I’ve had. I will say that they need to be more careful with handling money/cards. I’ve had at least 3-4 experiences where I get either the wrong change back, no change, or they didn’t give me my card back, making it so I have to go back.
