Undercooked!!! Soggy! Best thing was the soda!! The only thing that was hot was the pepper,guys your heat is to high,the top looks cooked but the inside is not!!!

SCAMMERS !!! Do not order from here. I placed an order for delivery from here to my home in mount laurel it allowed the delivery online but then the manager James saw that it was 25 miles away and automatically switched my order to carry out and charged my card without calling me to ask me if that was what i wasnted first. Then he stays on the phone with me for over 11 minutes arguing as to why this was my fault and blaming me for what happened. And when i kept asking fir a refund he just kept talking over me. I asked for an email receipt stating that my order was canceled and it never came through. He states my money will be back in my account by Tuesday but we’ll see otherwise i’ll call my bank and have them reported. Such POOR Customer service !! .

Ordered pizza for delivery last night. App said it was delivered and it was not. Called the store number to see where the pizza was only got me to corporate, after being transferred and hung up on they finally gave me another store number. The person who answered said they know it is late. It finally came 30 minutes later and was cold and horrible. The receipt showed the store out time had been about an hour before - I live 5 max 10 minutes away. Terrible experience and total waste of money. Super disappointed.

Ordered a pizza it was undercooked (I could still knead the dough with my fingers) and missing a topping. I called and they said they could remake it for me but I would have to do pickup (I ordered delivery) so I told them I just wanted a refund instead. They accused me of just trying to get free food which hurt because I was really trying to be as nice as possible about the mix up. I told them I had pics to show them that there was a mistake and they said “I’m not going to argue back and forth with you, enjoy the free pizza” anyway here are the pics of my pepperoni-less under done pizza

I went to pick up my online order two months ago which wasn't ready so I waited. While I waited the worker kept google translating inappropriate questions for me. I'm not even sure what language he was speaking. He kept asking "where do you work, how much do you make? Where are you from? Are you married? " I kept just replying "I don't understand" even though the English translation was quite clear of the questions he was asking me. He was also getting way to close to me, so I kept inching towards the front door. At one point he motioned his hand pointing to the back room. As soon as I got my order, I left and never went back. Which is a shame because I used to always go to that papa John's and now I'll never go back .

Horrible! Gave them a third chance after they had to remake a pizza last time. This time didn’t even start the order when I got there 20min later with one person in store. Had them cancel once he started when I asked about my order. Good luck here if you even get your order and double check before you leave most likely not right or done well.
