Ordered pizza for delivery last night. App said it was delivered and it was not. Called the store number to see where the pizza was only got me to corporate, after being transferred and hung up on they finally gave me another store number. The person who answered said they know it is late. It finally came 30 minutes later and was cold and horrible. Ordered a pizza it was undercooked (I could still knead the dough with my fingers) and missing a topping. I called and they said they could remake it for me but I would have to do pickup (I ordered delivery) so I told them I just wanted a refund instead. They accused me of just trying to get free food which hurt because I was really trying to be as nice as possible about the mix up.
