This place always over charges. Today I went here and I was served the wrong ice cream for a concrete, the 5 layer gelati is extra small. The guy stuck the end of the spoon in my water ice with his filthy hands. He stacked cups before putting frozen treats in them just nasty. And he had a attitude you can't be entitled and work a ritas kid.Go to Ritas in Willingboro better price, variety, and taste Mt.Holly water ice taste like they don't clean their machines. Must do better.

Love the ice...But your staff act as if we are still in full virus mode..YOUR HELP seem to be the most unfriendly teenagers..or young adults..I have ever dealt with...they cant smile...they have -0- manners, and they look like they hate the world?? This is a fun place..its ice for a good cool break...and your staff are so unfriendly, it almost melts the ice before I get in my truck...suck poor service!! The ice awesome.. but I think I am going to stop eating cold sugar...it must be 75% sugar and getting sweeter all the time...(((I am not sure that is happening, but it seems extremely sweet this season..I know you mix on site..cut back on some of that sugar)))...and give your staff a 5 minute talk about Friendliness!!! It will sell more...a smile is a great uplifting thing..It would increase your business a great deal....hire some happy kids, stop with the basement dwelling dry humans!!

I like this location. It's a small store, and it seems like hustle is built into the team here.I appreciate that they seldom run out of flavors, and if they do, they're prompt to pull it off the board.I love the custard. It's so creamy. Fresh and smooth, never icy. I enjoy that they are adding new custard flavors, but you can't beat a twist cone with jimmies. Or a Gelato.I only wish they had more space... to sit and enjoy your treat.
This was supposed to be a large and I got a kid size and they charged me over $5 . They need to learn how to make a cone .

I like Rita's but don't tell me I can't have orange cream custard when I can go to another Rita's and get what I want. Remember I'm the customer I as long as I'm paying I should be able to get what I want.....

LOVE my Unicorn Gelati! The Cotton Candy is delicious as well.....my daughter and I will be stocking up on the custard, since today is the last day for the season. ??I think the company would do good staying open all year around. We were wondering which RITA’s is selling the custard and Italian ice in gallons????Sincerely,Karen S
