Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Love the ice...But your staff act as if we are still in full virus mode..YOUR HELP seem to be the most unfriendly teenagers..or young adults..I have ever dealt with...they cant smile...they have -0- manners, and they look like they hate the world?? This is a fun place..its ice for a good cool break...and your staff are so unfriendly, it almost melts the ice before I get in my truck...suck poor service!! I like this location. It's a small store, and it seems like hustle is built into the team here.I appreciate that they seldom run out of flavors, and if they do, they're prompt to pull it off the board.I love the custard. It's so creamy. Fresh and smooth, never icy. I enjoy that they are adding new custard flavors, but you can't beat a twist cone with jimmies. Or a Gelato.I only wish they had more space... to sit and enjoy your treat.

LOVE my Unicorn Gelati! The Cotton Candy is delicious as well.....my daughter and I will be stocking up on the custard, since today is the last day for the season. ??I think the company would do good staying open all year around.
