“I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. So I subscribe to you all...this #PHILADELPHIAPRETZELFACTORY location really makes it worth the trip!!!“

“I just wanted to say I loveeee Auntie Ann’s so much like honestly y’all should sponsor me but, never the less I digress. I ordered a large pretzel with a regular lemonade which made my total to be around 8:30 but than the pretty girl at the cash register suggested I get honey mustard and try it with my pretzel. I’m glad I did it was delicious. The girls working there were really nice and very helpful!“
