“I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. “Amazing service here! Ran in to the mall to grab a snack for myself and my niece.. we were starving, she stayed in the car with her crying 3 mo old. I had to grab a water bottle for the baby’s bottle… and asked if they had any room temp ones. They offered to go check the supply room, bc all they had were cold ones. I told her I didn’t want to trouble them. They said it’s no trouble “it’s for the baby, we’re gna make sure the baby eats”! And he did after they warmed up the water bottle in hot water for me, while I waited. Went to the car, my niece was so happy she didn’t have to figure out how to warm up the water.. AND.. “the pretzels are bigger than Cherry Hill.. way bigger!”, she said.

“Auntie Ann's usually earns a five-star rating from me, but I'm compelled to raise a serious concern about this particular location inside Walmart, where I've enjoyed their pretzels for years. Recently, over the last two months, I've noticed a soapy taste to the pretzels. This isn't a one-off; it's happened more than once, and my palate is quite sensitive—I can discern individual ingredients in my food. Could someone from this store or from Auntie Ann's corporate office please investigate? I wouldn't normally take the time to write about this, but it's become distressing as it's now affecting my enjoyment of what used to be a favorite treat.“
