2/22/24-I had already spent 25+ on a visit only to realize i had forgotten my own drinks. While standing in line to buy a water and coffee I was shocked to see that they were taking the order of the woman behind me while I was standing at the front of the line and right in front of the cashier. The woman who was given priority ordered a single coffee. One would think that even if the kindergarten level line rules weren't going to be followed, they would at least prioritize the customer spending more money. Whats especially hurtful for me was it wasnt until after the 2nd customer recognized the error and apologized to me that the cashier said anything(which wasnt an apology, it was simply asking me if I wanted my drinks). The manager however, didnt even acknowledge any issue and just stood there tinkering with a receipt printer. This is a dunkin I visit weekly,I am dissatisfied and will be changing where I spend my money in the future.

I wase there at 7am - They welcomed me in, I used the bathroom, placed my order and I was in awww of their selection. They had a beautiful selection, everything was fresh and looking amazing

I love this Dunkin location. I come here every morning to get coffee before school and is always greeted by Heather, John and Jen and the other amazing workers. They are so very sweet and make the coffee amazing everyday. Even if the store is busy they make sure all the coffees look and taste good for every customer. They truly make my morning better when I see them.Parking: The parking lot is usually good to find spots in the morning.

Food wasn't it's normal quality. Drinks weren't made like I asked them to be and the wrong sizes. When asked to remake they poured the other coffee in the larger cup and just topped it off messing up the entire drink. Will not go back to this dunkin. No receipt was given either. Employees were not

The glazed doughnuts and munchkins are no longer glazed with a nice shell. Something is different and the glaze just soaks in and makes the doughnuts wet.
Make your munchkins better. Munchkins do not taste right. It doesn't seem like something could easily be messed up.

One of the few dunkins open at convenient times. Just had a refresh and a technology upgrade. Always friendly, could use a few more staff. Akways has a bagged coffee deal.
