Been here twice and customer service could be improved . Ordered thru drive thru while waiting asked if could cancel part of the order but they apparently didn’t hear thru the intercom - when I got up to the window I queried again if they could cancel the box of hot chocolate as they hadn’t started making they said no it was done already but we waiting 5 mins more for them to make as it wasn’t ready and being made after I asked - they also forgot...
Staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome from the time you open the door until you walk out. Restaurants clean, things are always stocked, and everything tastes really good compared to some of the other dunkin's closer to my home.
I ordered this today and I was scared to try something new but this latte was good, from now on this is going to be my favorite drink. People over there were so nice and everything was quick I didn't wait too much. Flanders Dunkin, you did great love it. I'm going to recommend this to all my friends.
