I had my sons 6th birthday party here. When I say they are amazing it is an understatement. From the time I put a deposit down to the day of the party they went above and beyond. They did everything from decorations, helping me set up my decorations, to interacting with all of the kids, and making sure I had everything I needed as well. I recently had an unpleasant experience with a customer service representative, she was a short woman, and I believe she was one of the managers, very rude. While I understand mistakes can happen, I felt my request for my order wasn't handled courteously. As a customer, it's important to feel valued, regardless of the situation.
