I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your Flanders restaurant on Wednesday 27, 2024 at 8:30 p.m.While placing my order, I encountered a staff member, a young manager, with long black hair. This individual's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful throughout our interaction. They displayed a rude and dismissive attitude whenever I attempted to ask a question or make a request.I find this type of treatment unacceptable. It is unfair and inconsiderate for staff, especially someone in a managerial role, to treat customers with such disrespect.I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. All McDonald's customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with a customer service representative, she was a short woman, and I believe she was one of the managers, very rude. While I understand mistakes can happen, I felt my request for my order wasn't handled courteously. As a customer, it's important to feel valued, regardless of the situation.

Perfect shake, only thing was cups were only filed 3/4 of the way.
There is never a time. You can go into this location and get your food without a problem. There is one girl in there with long black hair she is absolutely rude and obnoxious. If you go back in with your food that you got that was incorrect. She will rumble on in Spanish and talk about you and roll her eyes at you. The management at this establishment should really get involved with their employees and listen to the reviews that are being told. Terrible terrible customer service at this location and the manager in there with a long brown hair that's on in the evenings is just as nasty as the employees. So you know where they get their attitude from. There is only one young man in there that is very courteous. He's always very apologetic when you get your wrong food. And he tries to make sure you get the right food. But the manager in the evening doesn't care about anybody.

I had my sons 6th birthday party here. When I say they are amazing it is an understatement. From the time I put a deposit down to the day of the party they went above and beyond. They did everything from decorations, helping me set up my decorations, to interacting with all of the kids, and making sure I had everything I needed as well. We had the playroom privately reserved and they never left the room unless it was to go get something for the party. Also, my brother had his sons birthday party there as well and is what prompted me to plan my sons party there. Every child there was exhausted from running around and playing. All the parents who attended were so thrilled with everything as well. Many said they will be planning their kids future parties there. My son is Autistic and many of his classmates came who are also on the scope. They took that into account as well and made sure every child felt special.The manager I worked with is named Carolina and Angie. I highly recommend anyone looking to have a kids party reach out to her. Not to mention it was very very cost friendly. I had 13 kids and around 16 adults. Every child got a happy meal and I got a bundle of other items for the adults. In total with tip it came out to under $400.

The hours of operation are wrong, it says they open at 6am and I tried to order at 7:20am only to be told they are not open yet! And not even 2 minutes later I see someone placing an order in the drive-thru!
