Custard ice cream cup was very creamy and had a great taste. Service was prompt. Store was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I am sure I will be back.

The food was good, but the service was amazingly slow, and the portions were small for the price.
Always consistent and always great. Can’t get enough of their gelatis. Staff was friendly too. It’s dangerous for this to be so close to home. Will definitely be back.

The girls working tonight turned away 8 customers that were waiting in line since 9:45 as soon at it was 10:00. ?♂️ Poor training. Poor customer service. Do better.At Cliff’s they’ll serve everyone in line before closing. They don’t turn customers in line away.

So happy to have a Rita's so close! They just opened so I am sure they are just getting up to speed. My wish is that there were another egress in the parking lot. Let's hope that's in the plans. Good luck to the owners!

Great place for a summer treat. Been to this location twice. I usually get the vanilla gelati with Swedish fish or cherry shaved ice. Service was good both times. You can only served from a service window which is similar to all locations that I am aware of. I will be back soon again
