Good selection of iced and frozen custards. Perfect for warm weather. But unfortunately, like everything else, it is getting expensive....$15 for two concretes....

Staff are always friendly and very patient with customers, the only issue I have is with the parking lot. The spots are a tight squeeze to back out of and I've seen cars have to reverse out onto Sussex which is very busy during rush hour/night. (nothing against the establishment or staff)

Great product! Friendly staff and owners. An all-around fun experience. Get the mango vanilla gelati. You won’t regret it.

I love Rita's custards!!! Every time I visit NJ, this is a must stop. The flavor, creaminess, toppings are just perfect. The service was excellent. I had birthday cake custard in a waffle bowl, topped with wet walnuts. Perfect combination.

I went to Rita’s here in Randolph and was so disappointed. I paid $5.97 for a large cup of ice cream and received a small. I felt that if I paid for a large, I should receive a large cup and not a skinny swirl. To top it all off, when I was taking a scoop, it was hollow in the middle. I don’t know how that happened, but they must use air to do this. I don’t trust any ice cream establishments any more. It’s not like the good ole days when you paid less and received more. And spending $50.00 for five people for ice cream is crazy! So sorry.

I’m sorry I was really trying to avoid writing this, I have been coming here for quite a while, but time after time I’m thinking it’ll get better but to be honest it just keeps getting worse. The service is the problem not the quality of the food. I’m sorry but on a busy night and you have four people working including the manager, im assuming a woman wearing a blue shirt ( who was basically was trying everything to avoid doing any work ) can’t allow one person to take orders, make all the orders and ring up. On top of that I waited all that time and I asked just to double check and even though confirmed correct , my order was still wrong. If my family didn’t like certain items at Rita’s and I didn’t want to support local business I would not go back, but something definitely needs to be reassessed and changed.

This is the PERFECT place for anyone who wants to enjoy the best ice creams , italian ice and frozen custards. I really love their frozen custards ... they are simply AMAZING. So soft , creamy and delicious ❤️ Also this particular Rita's Ice ( near Randolph ) has a really good and friendly service. I really love to come here quite often while sitting in my parked car and enjoy the evening with their perfect varieties of frozen custards and ice creams.

The Rita's in Randolph is excellent! The ices and custard are amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Today in the rain, there were other customers on line with us raving about it. We are thankful they are in Randolph now.
