Naiomi and Vanessa at Rita’s in Randolph were so helpful and made my store party a success! They were professional and so accommodating. Had never had their custard and had to go back on my day off to try it and LOVED IT! Will be going back again and again. Store is clean and staff is super friendly. Thank you again Naiomi!!
We had a great experience here. Bob the manager made sure our toddler-induced borderline unreasonably complex order was perfect. And the Rita’s flavors continue to wow. Sizes seem to have gotten smaller but I still have to stretch myself (literally?) to finish a Concrete.
We love going to Rita’s in Randolph. It’s always a fun, easy stop when we want something cold and sweet. The Italian ice tastes fresh, the flavors are bright, and the custard is always smooth and creamy. The employees are friendly, and the service is quick even when it gets busy. It’s one of those local places that always puts everyone in a good mood. Definitely worth stopping by.
