Food (omelette and home fries and toast) was decent and a good price with large portion sizes (except coffee is like over $3). Didn't get a friendly vibe but staff may have been having a bad day or may have been overstretched.
Was difficult to figure out how to get a table and some rude customers cut us in line (after we told them we weren’t sure where the line was). Had to get a waitress’s attention to help us (she was great!) but it made the start of our breakfast more stressful than it had to be. Food came out as ordered and was good.
I've been going to Paul's for many years. I've had this server. Steve several times. He is absolutely wonderful. He has a dry sense of humor. He is a very diligent server and he always makes sure that everything is tasting great and he is very kind. I know when I get him as a server I have nothing to worry about with my food and the interpretation of what I'm asking for. John. The manager is very friendly and my family and I have always been taken care of there....
