I placed a large order the day before, in typical customer fashion I also arrived 25 minutes early for it. Staff was beyond kind and informed me they were currently assembling the order. I was in and out in less than five minutes all while they were also helping other customers.

We’ve stopped using this location for a varying number of reasons. When we dash orders from here, something’s always forgotten. Pretzels taste different every time. Cooked different every time. The rivets are like bricks. Can hardly bite through them because they’re usually over cooked. We tried many many times to utilize them since they’re so close to us but we’ve given up all hope and will not be returning. The 3 star review is based on the fact that they are always...

Revised review: Manager responded, and my refund was processed. Thank you!

I purchased a bucket of rivets Sat 9/21/24 for an event. When I got to the event, the pretzels were all wet and slimy, the salt was dissolved, and there was a layer of water at the bottom, plus many of the rivets were stuck together. Nobody would eat them!
