Any full pour of 20oz was only 10 bucks and I was expecting at least 20, left me room in budget to not only get 2nd beer plus a pretty solid hotdog and chips.Biggest plus was Connor the bar tender, was super cool and attentive, and then informed me I was safe to take my cup and walk back to my terminal, since I walked a fair distance just to check out all beer options.Lastly, unlike most other restaurants In airport it’s kind of obvious if your paying attention that their section is not owned and maintained by airport, as most restaurants have tables and chairs with chargers that kind of blend from restaurants into gates, so I kinda understand their right to ask people to patronize their business or ask them to leave, I was lucky to find a spot at the bar.Not excusing anyone ever treated rudely, and definitely not my experience.“

“We had a small party at Riverwinds on Saturday night. The food was excellent. However, the dessert package is a total ripoff! There was a plate of small desserts ( 1”square pieces of cake, 2 “ eclairs, a chocolate covered strawberry, and a tiny cannoli. There were not even enough for everyone to take one! When I asked for more the waitress said I should go to another table and see if they had anything! 😡😳 Definitely not worth $10 a person! RIPOFF!“

It’s impressive how quickly we were seated and how quickly the food comes out. They must be hustling in that kitchen and the wait staff has always been so pleasant & polite. “Ed is an incredibly nice business owner who makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first time coming in. The pricing is very fair and you get great quality for what you pay for. When we asked about additions, Ed told us they make the sandwich however we want. We got two pastrami egg and cheese sandwiches, one on rye and one on a bagel. Both were incredible and had generous servings of pastrami. We also got two hash browns and ate those first - they were so crispy and fresh, we called the store and told them we were turning around to pick up more - Ed insisted on not charging us for the second round of hash browns. Do not sleep on the hash browns at Ed's Deli!!!

The store is also very clean and when you walk in, you can easily see into the back area where the food is prepared and it's kept very tidy.
We ended up talking to Ed and he told us how they grow their own peppers for their wings sauces. We will be back to try more items on the menu for sure and I look forward to trying all the various wing sauces they have. Thanks Ed for a great experience!“

“Omg I forgot to rate this wonderful restaurant, I came here late on my birthday 3 wks ago unfortunately;due to Amazon delivering my outfit all late. So by the time we got dressed & had to get the babies ready. We didn't get to restaurant until about an hour b/4 they closed unfortunately. And the waitress was so nice, top tier customer service. We stayed until the last customer was about to leave so I told hubby to ask for doggy bags because I don't wanna be here while they're cleaning and be still eating because I know when I'm at work and it's time to close I don't want no customer staying late running me late to get home to my family lol. So she was so nice no attitude or anything and she was surprised we asked for a doggy bag and hurried up packed food up and paid and left. We made sure to give a big tip too because she deserved that!!! She probably thought we was gonna stay until we finish last bite. No we hate those type of folks lol. “I've been coming here since they originally opened, the food was always great but the service was always slow so I'd only come here or order if I was okay with a wait. 4 out of 5 times I always order the breakfast nachos, the exact same way...sub chorizo for chicken, sour cream on the side and jalapeños. I went there earlier this week, ordered what I always do, but when I get the check I have two add-ons that were not previously mentioned to me. had they been, I would have said that's ridiculous and nevermind. an extra $1.50 for a side of sour cream, an extra $2.00 for jarred jalapeños on top of my breakfast nachos. I understand that small businesses are struggling and they're probably trying to do what they can to keep their doors open but you have to be transparent with customers if suddenly you're going to tack an extra $3.50 onto someone's order without letting them know upfront. There's a new Mexican place in Williamstown that just opened that's been getting raving reviews, so that will likely turn into my new go-to. I don't appreciate being sneakily nickel and dimed and don't think I'll be back.“

Our waitress apologized for the wait so many times. She was so sweet. Not her fault. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Our burgers were great as always. Shit happens. I hope she is shown this.
