“We walked in and saw all the ingredients you could need to make your favorite Filipino dishes. Although they did not have any Pre-made lumpia we opted to get take out and it was 5 pieces for $2. I needed Chinese Sausage for my pancit and the lady at the register was nice and friendly and reccomended the sweet Chinese Sausage in their freezer section. I promise to update my review once I cook everything. :) Thank you so much for being available because this Filipina Girl misses home!“

“We had a good, not great meal here. For the price (which was considerable) we were definitely expecting a bit more. The cocktails were great and the service great, the food was a bit underwhelming. We went with the tasting menu instead of a la carte and found the dishes good, but not anything particularly special. They were very accommodating with an allergy which was very nice. I'd like to try the bar menu but probably don't need another dining room experience.“

“The waitress was wonderful…until I brought my slimy lobster to her attention. I ordered the paella which came with a split lobster and claw. The inside of the claw and tail was really mushy and slimy. The waitress didn’t attempt to fix the order. Also, an 18% gratuity is automatically added.

Our dinner was a creative journey that the chef took us on. We had the Sunday prefixed 4 course dinner in which each course was a delicate and flavorful experience. Nalini our waitress was a pure joy- knowledgeable, funny, attentive without interfering with our experience. She described each course like she was describing a work of art. Now live in Key West for last 30 years but specifically make sure each time I come up to see family I go to Villa Di Roma, clams casino, asparagus, gravy and the people there that run it all family. Everyone who works here absorbs so much chit chat from the customers that I would think the baristas are professionally trained to listen reflectively. No coffee shop cares more for their customers and allows them to express themselves as much as Gleaners. “I took my girlfriend here for our anniversary and we had a great experience. The ambience was nice, the staff was friendly, our waitress was attentive and the food was good. The manager Timothy Fisher stopped by our table twice to check on us and as we were on our way out, he ran up the stairs to hand us my girlfriend's purse which was left at our table.
