Went here after physical therapy as they are in the same building. The coffee was great- lots of selections- and the food was freshly made to order and delicious. I have had breakfasts and lunches here and always been pleased. They do tend to be on the 'health conscious' side which is nice! They offer a lot of things that you don't get in regular places. They also make smoothies and fresh salads. Go there even if you aren't going to the gym, p/t or a doctor...
I go to the gym in this building and have gotten in the habit of getting a couple of their freshly made "juice shots" ($1) after I work out. Raspberry beet is my favorite. Lots of great dishes for all times of day, as well as heathy and yummy snacks. Good coffee and smoothies. eighty recommend even if you don't go to the gym here. I sometimes drop in to pick up lunch!
This is hard to spot, inside the health and wellness center on 31 north just past Clinton \nThe food is fabulous and staff is great! Smoothies are amazing. If you want fresh and a change-this is the place!
