I placed a mobile order for a large coffee, but the experience was disappointing. The service was very slow, and when we arrived at the window, we were given the wrong order. The coffee was only lukewarm and not prepared as requested.

Awesome place, they are very nice, I recommend going inside then drive thru but staff are nice and if you go frequently they are even nicer and may even get your order ready quicker. Good coffee and donuts and generally good vibe.

This Dunkin pretended to be closed 30 minutes early to their closing time. I tried to order in the Dunkin drive thru at 8:30 when they closed at 9. We were rudely waved off to get away when we drove up the window where we saw two workers standing. Extremely rude. Wish I got their names.
