I’ve ordered burgers from Gianni’s and it’s usually good but the burger I received today was horrible. First of all, the delivery was over an hour and the burger and French fries were cold! The bread was a different type than they usually are and the meat was overcooked to charred! I didn’t enjoy one bit!

Ordered food for my family was told 20 minutes. Arrived in 25 minutes and spoke to cashier regarding what order I was there for. Waited an extra 25 minutes inside just to be told they didn't start cooking anything yet. Wasted an hour of my time. Don't waste your time like I did

My order included a 2 liter bottle of Coke. This establishment Gianni’s in Neptune called and said they were out of Coke and asked if they could substitute and I asked for Fanta. When the driver arrived he told me they were out of Fanta. He offered to go back to the restaurant and get me a diet soda product. He indicated if that was not acceptable he would automatically refund the amount for the soda. I opted for the refund. That never happened. To the owner of Gianni’s of Neptune: Make it right and I’ll be back. You have my phone number call me if you wish.

I wanted to see what the hype was all about with the chicken vodka wrap, and it was excellent. Even with delivery the fries were crispy and the wrap was hot and delicious

I've been here numerous times now on the way home from the beach. In reading some of the "MO's" who said the pizza is terrible; those people probably prefer Domino's Pizza. The quality of pizza is very good. Nice thin crust (if you like crust on the thin side), quality sauce and cheese. The pizza has a very solid flavor. Overall, nice job and a place I enjoy much. Nice job!

Been here a couple of times. Took 35 minutes to make my salad the first time I went there. Got a cheese steak which was amazing and sautéed spinach which was also very good. This came out in a timely manner though.

I for one travel for work. I love to try new places. Let's start with a Philly cheesesteak, the bread is so hard, it's just not edible. I can't eat it. And why would you make a Philly cheesesteak dry. They're supposed to be drippings with wonderful juices from the onions and peppers. With that being said, you can see that there's some sort of American cheese on there and I've never in my life had a Philly cheesesteak with yellow cheese on it. It's supposed to be Swiss cheese. At least that's how I have had it in Chicago, Philadelphia, Denver, and even in California. As far as the garlic knots go they are just straight pieces of bread with garlic chunks in them. Nothing I would write home about. They're very bland and hard as well. I have to ask how long did the bread sit out for this stuff is rock hard. The marinara sauce has odd meat chunks in it and it is irregularly spicy. I don't mind spicy food. But this is over the top. Not what I was expecting with garlic knots. when it's just pieces of bread and spicy marinara. I'm not quite sure what you call that. But to me it's not garlic knots. When someone hasn't posted as garlic knots I expect it to be garlic knots not slices of bread As for the owner/gentleman behind the counter. He was extremely nice and pleasant. It makes me wonder if the pizza may not have been a better choice. For one really hard, Philly cheesesteak and garlic knots $20 is not worth it. I wouldn't go there again but that's my opinion.

Pretty good food. Free advice though, please take down the menu on the wall if it’s not correct. That’s business 101. Update your wall menu!! No one likes false advertising.

Try this place if you want good thin crust pizza. The Grandma’s style is great The online app works like a charm for pickup and the staff gets you in and out like a flash. The menu has something for everyone. Try it if you are in the mood for a good thin crust pizza.

I am local and have ordered Gianni's a handful of times. Today I was in a bind and needed something quick so I called them and ordered the Melanza Panini. Truth be told I have only ordered the pizza and salads previously so this could go either way... I get home and take my first bite... WOW.I called them. I called to tell the guy that I am not easily impressed. But damn! this sandwich is out of bounds. THE BREAD - I asked if they made the bread and he said yes. I would like to go back to just buy the bread alone. The layers of thinly sliced fried eggplant, perfection.I never felt so inclined to call a restaurant in my life. It is hitting the spot right now - shout out to the guy at the counter who took my call. KUDOS

It's good pizza. I'd go 5 stars if it were the best pizza I'd ever had but it's not (for me). You might find it amazing so give them a try. Highlights include: Fast service, tasty pizza, range of toppings, quality cheese that does not break down into pools of oil, tasty sauce that doesn't leave you drinking several glasses of water hours later due to the amount of salt used. The price was more than I'd expect for a medium pizza. But that's what quality ingredients and inflation lead to.

We gotta talk. The prices on the sign in the shop kinda made us wonder if we should shop there, and it was explained to us that they are wrong. But here's the clincher: they're the lowest price. We ordered the lowest common denominator NY style pizza and it was trying really hard to be NY style. My partner described it as "life sustaining" and the cashier was really very nice but nobody should be paying $20 for a plain cheese pizza that costs $2 to make.

Placed an order via their website as directed. Upon checkout website showed a delivery time of 45 mins. Mind you they are 5 mins from my residence. Order was placed at 12:52pm therefore delivery should have arrived at 1:37pm. Called the restaurant at 1:46pm and inquired about delivery and was told delivery was out and should be here within 5 mins. Well we waited and called the restaurant again at 1:57pm and was told ordered was out for delivery and scheduled for arrival at 1:50pm. I stated then it should have been here already the response I received was its only 7 mins late. Well here it is now a few minutes after 2pm our food arrives and its cold. So not only did we receive cold food but received attitude and nastiness from employees with each call. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. Just moved to the area an what a HUGE disappointment. If you plan on ordering pizza or anything else look to order from another place. Service and hospitality needs to be worked on at this place. It should NOT take an hour and 13 mins to deliver a pizza to a residence that is 5 mins away. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT ESPECIALLY IN THE STAFF.
