My co-worker and I order here quite frequently and for the most part everything was always great up until our last three visits. The one time I received no cheese , second time cheddar cheese instead of pepperjack and third time white bread instead of a plain wrap. I never said a word up until my most recent visit - I didn’t think I had to ask them to add mayo and horseradish when they switched from the white bread to a plain wrap but none the less there was NOTHING on my wrap...

I’ve been going there since they first opened. They are consistently the best bagel store around. Owner is on site, staff is always friendly and the bagels are fresh from the oven. Can’t be beat.
