Messed up my online order, overcharged, and no response from franchise owner on the forwarded complaint from corporate. Oh well, there are plenty of other Jersey Mike's franchises in the area who do a much better job. I'll just buy from them rather than the Neptune store.
The people that work there are awesome. My sandwich was delicious. Highly recommend.
Placed an order for two sandwiches for$38.00 that were not received. Staff gave me the runaround when I asked for a refund! Definitely will not patronize this shoddy business again.
