We just went in for a glass of wine and appetizers. The bar was not cleaned off and someone had to go find the bartender. He was a real nice guy but we only ordered glasses of 2 house wines and the bar wasn't stocked. A five minute wait until the house wines were stocked. Somebody else left the bar unstocked as this guy just came on duty. Our appetizers were good, but the barstool seats were cracked vinyl, the floor wasn't clean. Shabby appearance for a National chain! None of the staff who took care of us were to blame, they were all very friendly and attentive.

The service he is just horrible we walked in and just sat at the bar because there wasn't a hostess or a greeter at the door. When we got here a family of 4 had just left and it took 45 minutes for the table to be cleaned. That's unacceptable. And she didn't even clear off the table just put all the dishes to the middle of the table . The place smells awful the decor is old and dated. The staff is very unfriendly unprofessional . There's a waitress that has a head scarf wrapped around her head , my daughter works for a restaurant I know for a fact this is not allowed to be worn as part of ur uniform especially when it's being worn for a fashion purpose. There no sense of urgency. They should just close this location down. There's about 5 or 6 waiter's and it waitresses yet there's dirty tables everywhere . The manager Samantha was very rude and didn't care about anything going on in this restaurant. I can see why they closing these restaurants down.

First thing first Eric our server was awesome. He helped answer all our questions and was friendly and welcoming. He also kept his composure when the table next to us was rude and were unreasonably trying to use 3 coupons which each said 1 per visit for 2 people. Over all great visit! I'm sorry he, and whoever the Miss was that had to come out, had to deal with d*** customers though.

We had just left my husband s mothers going home service. We just needed a peaceful setting so we decided Ruby's .They did not disappoint us the service was quick the food was even better it was served hot and flavorful. We never had to wonder where are server was. We had no issues with giving a generous tip.

We just started going there recently & ate there again tonight ! Not much meat on the ribs, no to subbing chicken fingers instead of ribs in the steak combo, no reason for that, server forgot to take our coupon off the check, freezing & need some heat, people were wearing their coats, steak was more well done than medium well, & not many diners ! We wonder why no dinner rolls & an extra charge for salad bar ? Sangria was good & new longer straws !

Very cold and no heater. A big table besides me said there was undercooked steak and didn’t want the waiter to bring it back. So that was her second problem of the night. Also, the manager went to go see how everything was at another table and they said not that good. Then I just left without eating because I did not want to sit there freezing eating bad food from a new chef. Overall, 1 star maybe 2 star.
The food was good, salad bar fresh and well maintained. A little light on staff, although lunch in Tuesday you really can't expect too much.
