This Starbucks is always great, I feel like they always get my order correct. Drive thru waits can be a while depending on what time you go, and it is like 10¢ more expensive than the other Starbucks in the area, but tbh I will always wait in the drive thru instead of getting out of my car
I came in to buy a bag of coffee. Tom the manager was super helpful explaining caffeine levels and really helped inform my decision! Went out of his way. Thank you - this is my favorite Starbucks location :)
This location seems understaffed and overwhelmed. No traditional iced coffee, though the person taking order (who was pleasant/efficient) reduced price of cold brew to match traditional. I waited nearly ten minutes for this coffee, which didn't require any espresso or fancy blending. One person seemed to be producing all to go and in house orders as received. I would think they should add more staff or prioritize in person orders. Also, although I have been to Starbucks plenty...
