The vibe and ambience here during the evening is very cool, dimly lit and moody while still maintaining a vibrant atmosphere. Had a burger that was good enough that I didn’t want it to finish. Drinks were very well made. Somewhat pricey but definitely worth a visit. Also has a nice outdoor seating area that’s perfect for summer/fall.
Came in with no reservations but they had space at the bar. Food was excellent. My wife had a burger and I had scallops with peas. Burger was pricey at $28 but it was high grade meat and everything is expensive at the shore these days. The kitchen staff and bartenders really hustle. Despite the crowd our dinner came out in a reasonable amount of time. Very professionally run restaurant with a friendly hostess. Industrial space, kind of dark but very lively.
Love the Grand Tavern, food is always good. Ambience incredible. Only thing would change is having a 2 hour reservation vs. 90 minutes, felt rushed out. For the price and experience it seems a little quick.
