The food was absolutely delicious!

I brought my daughter here to try Dominican food for the first time, and she loved every bite. The flavors were authentic, the portions were generous, and the service was great. We’ll definitely be coming back!

If you want to taste real love and traditional flavors, come HERE. I moved to Central NJ a few years ago from North NJ / Bronx NY and I couldn’t find any restaurants that have been consistently delivering on absolutely flavorful plates and fresh food. It took a while for them to earn my review but I have been coming here for over a year and it is the BEST Dominican restaurant in all of NJ for sure. I love my culture and my people, bendiciones to the ownership and staff.

Carmen’s is so good. If you want authentic Caribbean, Dominican food order from Carmen ‘s. I’m Puerto Rican and I food from here at least twice a month. The food is flavored. Well even the plain white rice you can eat by itself. The Mofongo is delicious the Pollo Guisado is bomb. There are a few Dominican restaurants in New Brunswick and I will drive by them to order from Carmen ‘s. I’m glad they’re on GrubHub and Uber eats because when I’m home I order from them...
