We are foodies and go out to eat in NYC often, and this restaurant would be right at home there. Really fantastic, tasted high quality.

We went with another couple and the food was fine, as was the service and the environment. There was a baby nearby crying thru much of our meal and certainly detracted but not the restaurant's fault. For the high price of the meal, none of us felt it was a good value.

Is it expensive? Yes. Is it as expensive as a Michelin Star places that its staff came from? Not at all.
Worth it, but make sure you actually take the time to order several courses to get the full experience.
