The food was OK , ambiance was good, but service was poor. Can't remember the last time I spent 90 mins at a restaurant ( 60 of those 90 mins spent waiting). Had to try super hard to even get someone's attention, which , for a small space, is unacceptable.I was told that the staff was away for a "catering event". Which is all fine but there was another table, possibly known to the owners, who were getting top service. Their food was coming out one after another. The staff also helped pack their takeout etc while we waited for 40 mins just for an additional dish, hoping to catch the staff's attention . They also had the audacity of adding a gratuity.Just cannot compare this to the service of iconic Pakistani restaurants like "Good Food By Uzma" or " Gulberg Bistro". They are busier than this place, with less staff and yet never miss a beat. We go back to those two repeatedly for the food and even more so for the warm service.No amount of good food would make a customer return, if they've not been treated right. If a restaurant only serves patrons known to them, then its unfortunate.Sorry, but never again.

The server was by far the most rude person i have met. I asked him what is in badshahi falooda, his answer in a very rude way was ‘falooda’. On asking about mango falooda, he told us it has lychee in it, trying to be sarcastic and insulting with us. We were a group of 10 people and he insulted/made rude remarks to almost everyone of us at different times. Looks like dude is forgetting that we are PAYING for the food and its not some charity that he is throwing. The food was good but the whole experience was AWFUL because of that server. It felt like he doesnt care about the customers or the service he is providing.

Excellent Pakistani food. The bun kababs were delicious and so was the charsi karahi chicken. The atmosphere is casual with plenty of room. The doodh patti chai was delicious.

These guys have no customer service skills. The service sucked they brought me half of what I ordered. Then I called the waiter back and I ordered again so I can take some food home again they forgot have the stuff I ordered. The food is not worth the money nor was the service.

Exceptionally rude staff. Called them for reservation did not take it, instead asked us to walk-in. Despite empty tables, did not seat us. I drove for more than 1.5 hrs. Will not be coming here again.
