While I wasnt blown away by the ramen quality, the overall experience and decent ramen made this a good stop. I think my ramen was a bit colder than I would like, and it wasnt the most flavorful but for ramen in the US it was fine. College ramen shop in downtown New Brunswick. Not comparable to the ramen place around the corner. Came here because Ramen Nagomi had a 1.5 hour wait. No wait here. This is much more casual. Given the price and vibe, it's a great place. Good portions. Slightly disappointed that the hot tea (even the genmaicha style brown rice tea) is a tea bag served in a paper cup. for New Brunswick, this is a solid bowl of Ramen. Order the black garlic and regular tonkosu. Good stuff and well seasoned. very generous with the toppings and vegetables. Both halves of the egg included. One thing I would mention is that the meat is really thin and could have use more meat to the order. But I guess thats just part of inflation ! Will be back!
