The cashier up charged me $1 ($14 on a $13 order) on my to-go order then resisted providing me a copy of my receipt. Since I planned to tip the cashier $2, I figure instead of calling the cashier dishonest and requesting the transaction be reconciled because the choice to provide a tip was made by this person, it's probably best to save a dollar and give them a this review. Food is mediocre. I ordered general tso combo with egg roll and a quart of wonton soup. General tso no flavor. I asked extra spicy there wasn't any spice. Rice was ok. Egg roll was the smallest I have ever seen. It was as small as a spring roll. I paid for a quart of soup I got a pint and no fried noodles. I walked there from the hospital and I didn't feel like walking all the way back
