Took my God father out for his birthday and drove all the way from Philly to enjoy the very good food. We both had the gumbo which was very tasty (need to have more rice) and short rib was very good. And the jazz band that was playing was excellent. My God father gave Delta's 9/10. We both said we will be coming back
I frequent Delta's but this time was on a first date. The ambience was great for this, we had a big booth all to ourselves. The waiter was informative, polite and prompt. The drinks were good and most importantly the food was good!!
We were there for Restaurant week. I had the pre-fix meal & my wife had the turkey wings with a side of candied yams. The waitress was ok, however she was very slow & seemed to not know what was going on. They didnt have the dessert, but she never told us that after bringing the table next to us the "replacement "dessert prior to. After telling me they didnt have the printed dessert, it took 20 mins to bring the pre sliced dessert to the table. Also, a 20% gratuity...
