This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery from them and both times they messed up. The first time they forgot the tortillas with my fajita bowl. This time I asked for sour cream on one of my items but not on the other. They put sour cream on both. All they had to do was look at the order prepare it as I ordered it. Simple. When I called and spoke to someone they said the only thing they can do is offer me money off my next order. That’s the same thing they did the first time they messed up my order. Basically forcing me to spend more money by ordering again to get a discount for them messing up my order. Two times is enough for me. The food is good, but workers not being able to go by simple instructions in the ordering system is crazy.

Always disappointed by the food - would rather go to Chipotle. I usually get the tacos and find the tortillas to be dry and bland. I just don't think the flavors are great, and everything seems sub-par compared to Chipotle. On the bright side, if you're hungry and it's late at night, this place is open crazy late, which is one thing it has in its favor over Chipotle.
