We have been to Harvest Moon many times. The food and service are pretty consistently good. No exceptional waits, friendly staff. It's just good, decent food at a bar/pub. We made the mistake of going for a birthday dinner on a night that was a RU football game. Every TV showed the game (which was fine - we're fans!) on full BLAST! Unnecessary volume since the half-dozen people at the bar were the only ones watching. The half filled restaurant weren't paying attention. The street seating had a screen they were (unsuccessfully) trying to display the game. We couldn't hear ourselves talking, nor the waitress, and she couldn't hear us. It was frankly annoying. There was no reason for the volume to be on full blast making it uncomfortable for anyone trying to eat dinner and chat. We appreciated the waitresses patience with the deafening noise, despite the ignorance of the management. We'll go back but not unless it's outside of football season since the management is obviously tone deaf to their clients.
Awesome family meal upstairs practically all to ourselves! We were in town to visit our college kid and this did not disappoint!! We have a winner!!!
Five of us sat outside at Harvest Moon. Our server, Adelaide, was fun and helpful.
We enjoyed:
-Guinness cheddar burger
-Grown up cheese sticks
-Blacked chickened skewers
-Margherita pizza
We did NOT enjoy the seared tuna salad. I should have thought better than to order seared tuna (or salad) at a pub, so this was definitely my own fault.
The beer sampler was well enjoyed. I also recommend trying the Dunluce Castle stout. It is their only stout, I think, and I enjoyed. It is quite a bit lighter than Guinness but still good.
There were not a lot of dessert options.

The beers and cocktails were excellent. Great open air seating and good location. The burger I ordered did not come medium rare and its bun just fell apart so it was hard to eat. I almost finished the burger before the second beer I ordered was delivered and the bar was not crowded. Nice spot for a quick date but has its limitations.
Such a great place!! Service and food were all excellent! The service was superb! We are actually making our return reservations for next month!!
Absolutely wonderful. Food 10/10. Drinks 10/10. Service?? 10/10!
The bartenders were attentive and accommodating. We asked for a shot thet didn't know and they looked it up and made it for us.
We had pickles chips and chicken casear pizza. Both were delicious!
Will come here everytime I'm in town.

Our server Jo was exceptional. She was very attentive and personable. Food came quickly and was on point.
My wife and I arrived a half hour early and were seated at a high top in the bar rather than a regular table. My soup never arrived. (The server wanted to bring it after dinner was server, but I declined.). My wife had a Moon Salad with Steak, and I had Skirt Steak. We shared a dessert. The next morning, I received an email from Open Table that I was a no-show. This is simply not true.
Consistently good place to eat in New Brunswick without breaking the bank. Drinks are good. They offer tasty gluten free options. Outdoor seating and live music in the summer months. Best to confirm reservation via phone. We'll be back.
We were meeting friends we hadn't seen for a while, and I had asked for a table in a quieter corner. The team was very accommodating and gave us a large table in a corner. Then he offered to turn down the music for us. It worked out perfectly! We also took our time with lunch and there was no one rushing us out or in a hurry. The food and drinks were great and we had a wonderful time! Thank you to everyone for making it a great experience!!

Food was really good, we sat outside on a beautiful day. Server could have been a little more friendly, but it was ok! Would go back.
Food’s good, servers are nice, and the outdoor seating was fantastic with the breeze!

AVOID!!! New, untrained waitress didn't know what Blue Moon beer was nor what beer they had, AND brought wrong food order. Server knocked full glass of beer all over a member of our party, and offered NO apology. Manager very ineffective in dealing with both complaints. Food sucked, too. AVOID!!!

The beer at this brewery had great flavor and matched its description well. The server was attentive, and the food was served quickly. The food itself was average—neither bad nor particularly memorable.
Put in a reservation with “open table” and don’t bother. Our “reservation” was right next to the dishes rack and all we heard all night were plates crashing into the sink. You’re better off just showing up and waiting if you need to.
On top of making it early to my reservation and being given the worst seat in the house, like that wasn’t embarrassing enough, it was at least 7 minutes before we were even given menus or greeted.
Served tried her best but she caught my disgruntled vibe. Despite that, drinks were solid. Go here for the bar and before you get seated, maybe ask to ensure it’s not the kitchen or bathroom seat 👍🏼
Not a high end spot. This place is great for slouch and a drink. The lady enjoyed the food at least.
