The beer at this brewery had great flavor and matched its description well. The server was attentive, and the food was served quickly. The food itself was average—neither bad nor particularly memorable.
Everything we ate was really good. The chicken wings were amazing. Everything tasted so fresh and clean. Service was excellent
Definitely recommend this eatery. Our waitress, service, and food was top notch. Will return in the next couple of weeks!
Great food and drinks!! Very friendly staff! Excellent service in a great setting! Highly recommend
This place has a good variety on the menu. The food was decent. The service was excellent and the ambience was nice a little loud downstairs in the bar area. They do have some excellent home brews and I particularly enjoyed the wrinkled raisin beer! I would come here again!
We had a great time. Grandma couldn't hear at times - overall we had a great time before our show at the theater.
If you go to Harvest Moon and are a beef fan, have the CaliMex burger: guacamole, beef, pico de gato... and the fries! Glass of Malbec and you're home free.
Really great burgers for a reasonable price. Obviously their in hose craft beer are the highlight of the visit. They are good at getting you in and out before a show.
Great place near comedy show. Beautiful building with great bar and seating area. Food was fresh and delicious. Beer was also a favorite in my group. A must try in New Brunswick!
Great place good food and service just doing the winter months a little cold inside maybe better heat management would help a great deal. So maybe the hot soup offer would not jump out at you as much and the first thing to order on the menu.

We walked 6 minutes from the state theater for a late afternoon meal. I loved the veggie wrap! Our server was kind and friendly. I am looking forward to going back!
First time at Harvest Moon. We knew it was a college hangout since it's right by Rutgers. Nice selection of cocktails and beer. Food is great but like everywhere it's pricey. We spent over $100 for 3 drinks, 1 app, 2 burgers, and 1 “small plate”. Also had to pay for parking. Service was quick and friendly. We finished eating just before the late night rush arrived...at which point getting to the ladies room was an adventure! Overall we enjoyed our experience and would visit again when in the area.
Decided to give Harvest Moon a try before seeing a show. Our waiter Luz was amazing but we found the food to be very disappointing. We ordered a few apps and sandwiches, requesting they all come out together. Our apps, which included the pickle fries, loaded potato skins and fig pizza were cold and very bland tasting. Friends said the chicken sandwich was a little dry too. One bright spot was the crab cake sandwich. The manager provided us with free desserts but I dont think we will be heading back anytime soon. Out waiter Luz was great though!
Beware of this place. The men at our table ordered 5 $18 glass of bourbon and was charged an additional $2 charge for each drink on the rocks….. manager did not have a response that made sense. Food and atmosphere are not worth a visit,,,, we spent over $400 for 6 people , so we are not cheap but $2 for each ice ridiculous
