The people and food of Cafe Kuban are amazing. The chicken and beef were tender and flavorful. For me, the real star of my plate was the veggies. Brocoli, squash, mushrooms, beans and plaintains were some of the best vegetables I have had in ages.

Thank you Marino for making my Anaheim trip such a memorable one, and also making such a good cubano! It’s my first time having a Cubano but you did not disappoint me! Even after taking it back to my hotel to reheat it ,the bread still has that little crisp.
