Disgusting they can’t even have a real person respond to their customers. Old biscuits that were under the heat lamp so long they turned brown. Also, they were quite stingy with the beans that comes with the rice. Gave me maybe a teaspoon.

I places an online order store show that it open get there the door is close and it have opening hours 10:30 to 2am and am there 12pm and the close . Store is nothing close to what google actually showing

I'd give this a 1 star review but the business is allowed to delete those. So I ordered delivery from this location on April 7th and ate the 6 piece boneless wing combo with ranch dressing and fell violently ill with food poisoning the next day.

On the occasion that I visit the restaurant, the place is always a mess, the tables aren't clean, and I even saw an employee drop a piece of chicken on the counter and put it into my order. What makes things worse is I know he saw me watching him and he still put it in my food.

This place needs to be shut down or they need new management or something because someone might not recover from food poisoning the next time.

Rancid Shrimp, Missing Chicken.

I ordered the new butterfly shrimp box and a 3pc spicy tender. The shrimp was awful. Both me and my partner thought it tasted weird, we both had a bad aftertaste in our mouths, and BOTH out stomachs hurt after. As well as, they only gave 2 Classic tenders. Not 3 spicy..

The chicken was normal, and for the record, I love shrimp, so I definitely could tell something was up. Maybe it was because I ordered at 10:30 PM and they just let it sit out all night?

Anyways, for popeyes whoever sees this, I ordered it through GrubHub on 3/3/2026, ~10:30PM. Maybe your late night quality standards needs a thorough review.

Too expensive, the workers all speak Spanish, either I can't understand them or visa versa...I'm speaking about the 1 in New Brunswick....and if you ask them to use the bathroom they sa u yes but you gotta wall back up front to remind them to buzz open the door....

I went here multiple times. Every single time food missing. Workers are either high or to lazy to care about getting peoples order right. Took me 40 minutes for “fast food”
