Stopped in today to get a mixed shawarma platter to take home and it did not disappoint! The chicken and beef was seasoned perfectly and the hummus / garlic sauce brought it to the next level. The service was great and Abdullah even poured us a complimentary coffee while we waited. I will definitely be back again next time I’m in New Brunswick!
I walked in there completely unexpecting, and Abdul came and showed me the ropes of Lebanese food. He hooked me up with some Lebanese coffee and put me on to the pineapple bonjus. Food was great and Abdul is the goat, definitely come here
I’ve been searching for a Lebanese spot in NJ for years now, so when I saw Thyme Machine I was thrilled! Especially when it exceeded my expectations in quality/taste of food, hospitality, and freshness!
