“I’ve always passed by this place but today was the first time I actually went in…and I’m soo happy I did because I was absolutely in LOVE with the almond butter smoothie & the freshly squeezed carrot beet ginger juice that I ordered today. The taste, freshness, and variety of options easily beat any Jamba Juice or Smoothie King that I’ve been too.

I’ve been looking for a fresh smoothie/juice place for a while and I think I’ve officially found the one. Can’t wait to go back!“

He's always willing to explain a menu item, chat with you ("where's the show tonight?") and make sure your experience is enjoyable. I can't say enough great things about Tata's.“

Lamb Adana kababs were very authentic and really tasty I will suggest it as a must have if you like Mediterranean food. Also ordered Tas kabab, it was really good, the meat was really tender and gravy complimented the rice it was served with.“

“This restaurant was worth the wait! Pros- the Sticky Asian Ribs were amazing ab do also enjoyed the Seared Ahi Tuna. The server was pleasant and the ambiance was nice. Cons- the Boom Boom Shrimp batter was too heavy for my liking and I didn’t like the flavor. There’s no parking lot dedicated to the patrons so you have to lay a meter and mine didn’t work.“

The food was delicious and it says a lot as I don't usually eat veggie burgers when I'm out. The fries were crispy and seasoned with greatness. “Five of us sat outside at Harvest Moon. Our server, Adelaide, was fun and helpful.

We enjoyed:

-Blacked chickened skewers
-Margherita pizza

We did NOT enjoy the seared tuna salad. I should have thought better than to order seared tuna (or salad) at a pub, so this was definitely my own fault.

The beer sampler was well enjoyed. I also recommend trying the Dunluce Castle stout. It is their only stout, I think, and I enjoyed. It is quite a bit lighter than Guinness but still good.

“I visited the Hansel n Griddle on Easton Ave on November 25th around 3:00 pm, and I got their Popcorn Chicken Buffalo Wrap which came to be about $13.71. As a Rutgers student, I really love their location since it is conveniently close to College Ave, making it super easy to walk over and grab something before or after class. The Popcorn Chicken Buffalo Wrap tasted amazing, crispy, flavorful, and the perfect level of buffalo spice, so I honestly had no complaints.

The service was great as well. Even though there were a few other customers inside, the cashier greeted me right away and took my order quickly. My food was ready in about 10 minutes, and one of the staff members even brought it directly to my table, which I really appreciated. The inside of the restaurant was clean, warm, and had the usual busy and friendly Rutgers atmosphere. It felt comfortable enough to sit and eat without feeling rushed.

For anyone with dietary preferences, they offer options like whole wheat wraps or grilled chicken instead of fried. They also accept RU Express, which makes it convenient for students. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would easily recommend the Popcorn Buffalo Wrap to anyone looking for something filling and flavorful. In general, Hansel n Griddle is a great spot to check out!“

“We visited the New Brunswick, NJ location on March 11,2025 around 8:30pm and must say we are extremely disappointed with the service. Here’s our saga: we ordered chicken Kakab platter in person and asked the person behind the counter to put the olives, turnips and pickle on the side. It was shocking to hear that the guy told me that I have to pay extra. I told him again I am not asking for anything extra but just that I need my olives, pickand turnip which is on top to Be put in the side he reiterated and said that it will be an extra charge. The manager had put in a new policy in place. Is there any checks and balances in place to control this nonsense This is so bizarre….let me ask you this …. If I go to a burger joint and ask them for fries in a separate plate (again not extra) would they ask me for more money? What’s going on Mamouns? Not expecting from you guys…. Utter disgrace…. We have been your patrons since last 20 years ….. its makes us think twice if we really want to go to Mamouns again. This is totally unacceptable.“

“Best pizza in the area.. I usually get the hot, hot wings but today for the first time I ordered plain & the restaurant called me to go over my order to make sure it was correct. I love their pizza & so do my girls. They do need to poke holes in the containers for the wings / fries / mozzarella sticks to let the steam out, if not it makes the food soggy quicker. They’re super fast for delivery, every time I order they’re here within 30-40 mins after I place my order. The driver for me is always the same older gentleman & he’s friendly. I’ve never been there for pick up or service only always ordered delivery.“

“I was at Old Man Rafferty’s for a repass dinner when a server accidentally spilled food on my partner’s shirt and jacket. The manager was kind, professional, and immediately took care of everything. They covered the dry cleaning, and when the stain didn’t come out of the shirt, they reimbursed us for the very same day I asked.\n\nAccidents happen, but what stood out was how quickly and graciously the manager resolved it. “This Panera Bread location is like no other because the staff are all Rutgers University students. They are friendly, helpful and make up for the lack of experience with their enthusiasm and humor. The food quality is good and service is generally quick except when the school is in session, which is pretty much only when this location is open!
