Quiet place and typically has great sandwiches. However my last two trips were not what I usually expect from the spot. Both times my roast beef had some hard string thing in the meat in my sandwich. The first time I almost broke a tooth. The second time I was so paranoid from the first I found it before I finished and it ruined my sandwich for me. We had an amazing experience with Bambino's Deli. Our school catered breakfast sandwiches for a school wide event. The owner, Phil, was incredibly organized and accommodating. He labeled each person's order with their name and the sandwich that they ordered. He even had a delivery driver deliver our sandwiches early in the morning so that we would have the sandwiches before our school event started. He went above and beyond our expectations. Excellent service and really great menu options, however I was very disappointed in the heroes we ordered. We got a hot, melted, chicken parm on a non-toasted, rubbery, chewy roll. Toasting it would have probably made it better, but how do you serve hot heroes on bread that isn't even warmed up or toasted? At least ask! The chicken was also a bit too chewy for me so it was difficult to eat altogether.
