ordered a āBuy One Get One Freeā (BOGO) meal deal through Uber Eats, but only received one meal. I immediately called the restaurant to explain the issue, but unfortunately, the manager was extremely unhelpful and lacked any sense of customer service. Instead of offering a solution or even an apology, they were dismissive and rude.
I understand mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. I ended up paying full price for half the order I expected. Very disappointing experience both with the food delivery and the storeās attitude.

I come here to get food after work usually like 1-2 am and this food is pretty good. Especially if you grew up on Chinese food in the low income areas in the early 2000's. Now prices ain't the same like it was back then but their food definitely is. Recommend the boneless spare ribs. Super addicting.

We ordered spare rib tips, fried wontons and shrimp toast through Ubereats. It is a complete understatement to say, āTHIS WAS THE WORST CHINESE FOOD IāD EVER HADā!!!! The ribs were extremely tough. Like my jaw hurt from chewing one piece. The sauce was too sweet and watery. The shrimp toast tastes very pork heavy. Last but not least,
I CRACKED MY TOOTH BITING THE HARD FRIED WONTON. Why did they need to be so hard? I asked for ketchup and hot sauce already on them so they can get a little soggy on its way. They ignored me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS RESTAURANT.

I ordered through uber eats and the food was simply gross. Not only did they send the sesame chicken combo with pork fried rice instead of white rice like I asked but the sesame chicken tasted really bad. I completely hated it will never order again.
Me and my sister ordered takeout from here during our stop in NJ (during our travel trip) and we ordered the chicken fried rice and crab rangoon. Both were tasty but I noticed that the chicken fried rice barely had any chicken in it, most of the chicken was at the top so nearly none in the middle or at the bottom (my sister loved the chicken fried rice and had no complaints), but the crab rangoon, we both noticed, barely had any of the filling in it, so much so that the part with the filling could be eaten in one bite per pastry piece. We ended up throwing most of it away. Iāve attached a picture of just some of the breading we threw away because it didnāt have ANY filling in it.
