Good thing I didn’t check the reviews or else I wouldn’t have tried this place. I had a flight at 7:30am and I’m usually not a breakfast type of person but I decided to give it a try. Knowing that most airport eateries are average at best, I didn’t have high hopes but I was surprised. My Steak & Eggs w/ side of sausage came out in 10 minutes and smelled amazing. The steak had great texture and the fresh sliced potatoes were crispy on the edge but soft in the center...
What can I say about Poules Poules, bartender, and server extraordinaire. He made an unfortunately lengthy layover @ EWR bearable with his take on Espresso Martinis. Ask for him when you are here. You will be happy you did! Honorable mentions to Jessica and Tina for customer service oriented actions. The best!
Our server was really nice. She was smiling and seemed kind.
The food was good, I would suggest a bun for the burgers as the ciabatta bread was not tasty.
Also, I would suggest playing more Italian music and less of some of the noisy music.
